How to return a product and what to expect from your refund.
Return Window
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened items may be returned within 7 days if found faulty on arrival, subject to inspection.
How To Start A Return
Contact our support team with your order number via the contact page — we’ll arrange collection and process refunds within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-configured workstations and servers, and software license keys, are non-returnable once activated.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting a returned item. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer; please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item shipped).
